Telling Our Stories

Episode VIII: The Waters of Cape Cod

For generations, families have flocked to Cape Cod to take advantage of the gorgeous scenery, sandy beaches, and coastal lifestyle. Last year, between May and September, over 2.5 million people visited the Cape Cod National Seashore. The Cape has long been an escape from city life – a chance to slow down and relax.

In the latest episode of LandVest’s Our Stories video series, our team shares what draws people to the Cape while also highlighting the importance of preserving this region for future generations to also enjoy.

For over 50 years, LandVest has been a part of the Cape Cod community. As Zee Crocker says, “We’re less about selling something and more about understanding what you think about, what do you want for the future, and what’s your dream. How do we make that dream happen for you?”

With an eye towards the future, LandVest has been a key partner to local organizations who are dedicated to preserving the Cape’s clean waters and beautiful coastline. The Cape Cod team puts this experience and knowledge to work for their clients. “The way we specialize and use expertise is just invaluable,” says Stewart Young.
