Telling Our Stories

Episode VI: Concord: Choosing a town immersed in history, community, and value

Just over 15 miles from Boston, Concord is known for its roles in American history, and as the hometown to writers like Thoreau, Emerson, and Alcott. The dual town centers of Concord and the more industrially-zoned West Concord bring people together and maintain a community like no other.

Within that community, LandVest has uniquely served clients for over 50 years, tuning into the essence of what makes Concord and the surrounding towns a remarkable place to live. LandVest has differentiated itself amidst a competitive landscape of brokerages by maintaining the values that bring people to our town. Authentic, natural, grounded in history, and a birthplace of new ideas.

In the latest episode of LandVest’s Our Stories video series, our Concord team shares how living and working here has further entwined LandVest with the community. Our commitment to Concord was renewed this year with the opening of our new office on Main Street in September.

“The Concord office has been organically grown over the decades that LandVest has existed. We’re really a part of the town,” said Abby White.

The success of our real estate deals at LandVest comes from our deep knowledge of land, its orientation to natural resources like conservation and riverfront, and ultimately the perceived value of variables like views and location. We know Concord and the surrounding towns like our own backyard. We value our clients and have a passion for bringing great people and great properties together.
