Now that spring is here, we can’t help but look forward to warm sunny days on the water. We asked the luxury brokers at LandVest about their favorite coastal spots in New England.

The idyllic coastline of Rhode Island is known for its pristine beaches, charming coastal farms, rich cultural history and a strong sense of community. Appropriately nicknamed, “The Ocean State,” Rhode Island has several large bays and inlets, and over 400 miles of coastline. Some of our favorite summer destinations include Block Island, Jamestown, and Little Compton.

Block Island

Coastal Rhode Island, Sundown Compound

Just 12 miles off the Rhode Island coast, Block Island is well-known for its miles of public sandy beaches, clear waters, and dramatic bluffs. There’s an abundant amount of conservation areas and over 360 freshwater ponds. The Nature Conservancy has designated Block Island as one of the “12 last great places in the Western Hemisphere.” We couldn’t agree more!
