LandVest, Inc., New England’s leading luxury residential brokerage and national timberland marketing and management icon, has appointed Jurek Lipski to its Board of Directors. The appointment was made by unanimous vote of the LandVest shareholders at their annual meeting on April 17, 2025.
Jurek joined LandVest in 2022 as Vice President of Marketing. Under Jurek’s leadership, LandVest’s marketing department underwent a transformation, integrating advanced digital tools for lead generation and targeted outreach. By prioritizing data-driven strategies, the team optimized digital campaigns and toolset to ensure agents had access to cutting-edge resources for client engagement.
Jurek also led a brand overhaul, refining LandVest’s positioning to emphasize its legacy of excellence and leadership. The strategy included revitalizing the brand library, creating targeted publications such as Land & Luxury: New England Real Estate magazine, and integrating with Christie’s International Real Estate Pl@tform technology suite.
