LandVest is pleased to announce that Robinhood Marine Center is now home to Derecktor/Robinhood.
In 1981 LandVest brokered the sale of Robinhood Marina and fulfilled Andy Vavolotis’ dream. Andy (founder of Cape Dory Yachts, Spartan Marine Hardware and most recently Riggs Cove Rentals) decided that after 35 years of dedication, tremendous vision, and expansion of the facility, it was time to pass on the stewardship.
Robinhood Marine Center is sited on a 5.5± acre peninsula with 1,980± feet of exceptional deep water frontage. This distinctive full-service marina provides 133 slips, 82 moorings, several buildings for boat building, repair and storage, and the Osprey Restaurant. Located in one of the prettiest spots in Maine, and just 10 minutes to downtown Bath, Georgetown is a must-see whether by land or sea. It’s no wonder that the new owners fell in love with this site and saw a new vision to carry forward the traditions that Andy Vavolotis has so endeared.
