Listed at $8,450,000, Menikoe Point is the highest sale in Maine since 2011, and was managed by William Davisson with Karen Reiche and John Saint-Amour of the LandVest Portland office. John Scribner and Karen Reiche managed the October 2013 sale of the Prouts Neck, Scarborough property Breezing Up, listed at $4,750,000, and John Saint-Amour with John Scribner represented Eastward, a land parcel listed at $4,250,000 at Prouts Neck that also sold in October 2013.
